I finally learned how to do the perfect cupcake from home that looks from a shop! And you can do it from a cake mix!
Cupcake:
Mix together regular cake mix but add extra butter (no shortening)
Milk or cream instead water
Buy colored papers
Tip: full cupcake paper 3/4 full for desired height in cupcake, it will be perfect
Frosting:
Beat together a stick of butter, a package of cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
(If you feel like extra deliciousness, beat whipping cream and mix in, it's extra good)
Dye the frosting
To decorate:
Put the frosting in a ziplock Baggie. Cut the tip with scissors. Then swirl the frosting around like the photo. Put all cupcakes in fridge until frosting hardens and looks perfect.
